I told you, we love Ice cream every time and every season, never is so cold to eat Ice Cream, and made this the las week some days we have sunny days and others are still cold, the Spring begin here in September 21th when you begin the Autumn.
So enjoy this yummy and healthy raspberries Ice Cream.! yummy!
This recipe is adapted from Good Housekeeping recipes, July 2010.
Ingredients (4-5 servings)
400 grs. raspberries fresh or frozen
2 cups plain greek yogurt
or simple plain yogurt
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
3/4 cup of sugar
Garnish with some raspberries and mint leaves.
Method
1. In food processor with knife blade , pulse 1 cup of
raspberries (reserve others) until are chopped.
Transfer chopped berries in a large metal bowl.
2.Add yogurt, sugar,vanilla and remaining raspberries until smooth.
Stir until well combined. Finally add heavy cream and stir well.Place in a extended metal dish..3. Cover and freeze about 1 hour. Take out and beat slowly.
Place 1 hour more in freeze and serve in glasses or cones.
Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.

Helado de frambuesas y yogurt
Este lo hice la semana pasada, ese día tuvimos sol. Pero lo comemos igual porque nos gusta mucho
El 21 de Septiembre empieza aquí la primavera y los que viven en el hemisferio norte recibirán el Otoño (que me encanta) Este helado representa bien este tiempo aquí, cerca del las fiestas del 18 de Septiembre (cumplimos 200 años) y la llegada de la Primavera .
Esta receta está adaptada de la revista Good Housekeeping de Julio de 2010.
Ingredientes
400 grs. de frambuesas naturale so congeladas
2 tazas de yogurt griego normal u otro yogurt sin sabor
3/4 taza de crema espesa o nata
3/4 taza de azúcar
1/2 cucharadita de vainilla liquida
frambuesas y hojas de menta para adornar
Preparación
En un procesador moler la mitad de las frambuesas como puré. Reservar el resto de las
frambuesas.
Dejar en un bol metálico.
Agregar a las frambuesas molidas el yogurt,el azúcar,la vainilla y el resto de las frambuesas, mezclar bien. Finalmente agregar la crema espesa o nata.
Mezclar bien.
Colocar la mezca en una fuente extendida metálica. Cubrir con film plástico y llevar al congelador.
Llevar por una hora. Retirar. Batir un poco y volver a congelar una hora más.
Servir en copas o en barquillos adornar con frambuesas y hojas de menta
