For Christmas many of us bake turkey or breast turkey and always have some leftovers, and I think in other countries happens the same, also sometimes turkey is done for the new year.
This recipe is special for those leftovers turkey. (Or chicken)
It's easy and uncomplicated.
Only need puff pastry store bought.
For vegetarians (I have one) I did a mixture of vegetables and spices just without the turkey of course.

5 servings
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion in slice
1 garlic clove crushed
2 carrots chopped
300 grams roask turkey sheredded
or cooked turkey
1 red chili chopped
1 tablespoon tomato puree
150 ml white wine
1 egg beaten for egg wash
480 grams puff pastry store bought (2 sheets)
ramekins or ceramic molds
Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onions and garlic by 5 minutes or until golden brown softened.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the egg and puff pastry. Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Sed aside to cool.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350F)
Using the ramekins cut the puff pastry in rounds each big enough to cover the bottom of the ramekin and other for cover the pie dish.
Divide the mixture between the pie dish.
After cover with dough trim any excess pastry and brush the lid with beaten egg.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the lid is crip and golden brown

Mini pasteles de pavo
Acuerdense que se se puede hacer solamente la pechuga no hay para que hornear un pavo entero (se demora mucho) los ultimos años cuando he hecho pavo solo cocino la pechuga.

A veces hago salmon que va envuelto en masa de hoja , una estupenda receta de Paulda Cocina de hace muchos años.
Nota para vegetarianos:
Para mi hija hice una mezcla de verduritas surtidas, cebolla picada y aliños, que super bien.
