A lovely and taste chicken tart for this days you don't know what make for lunch or dinner, and maybe you have some chicken leftovers in the fridge.
With a simple patee brisee but you can buy or make here is the link of my recipe .

Ingredients
1 pate brisée
3 slices of chicken breast
1 tomato
1 zucchini
1/2 onion chopped
75 grated cheese
1 tablespoon oil
5 eggs (2 whole eggs and 3 yolks)
salt and pepper
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°c (360 F)
Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
Chopped the onion.
In a non stick pan add the oil and cook the chopped onion, tomato chunks and zucchini in small cubes.
In other bowl mix the cheese, eggs and chiken breast cut in small cubes.
Add vegetables to the cheese and eggs mix seasoning with salt and pepper.
Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface to a rounds 5cm larger than a 25 cm tin.
Line pastry with baking paper and fill with ceramic pie weights or others.Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove weights and paper.
Add the chicken and cheese mixture and bake about 20 to 25 minutes until is golden.
Enjoy!
