I think I would be take some pictures of empty glasses....I love the colour of this pumpkin squash and the mix of yogurt and spices was good.

These beauties are from my quince tree!
quince flowers
Ingredients
4 glasses or jars
1 cup of pumpkin puree (boiled or canned pumpkin)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (see recipe here)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of heavy cream (optative)
1 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
2 cups greek yogurt
ginger cookies crumbled
Method
In a bowl mix the pumpkin puree and add the pumpkin pie spice and finally the maple syrup or honey.
In other bowl add the heavy cream to greek yogurt.
In 4 glasses or little jars layer the cream yogurt and then pumpkin puree on top of each other dividing the yogurt and pumpkin evenly the jars or glasses-
Sprinkle each glass withy crumbled gingersnap cookies.
Refrigerate by a while before serve.

Parfait de yogurt y puré de zapallo
Para cuento corto:
Gerardo llego un dia feliz porque traía un zapallo grande que compro en la calle (en San Bernardo) donde va a comprar los huevos.
Yo dije bueno habrá que empezar a cortar y congelar.
Estuve como tres dias pero el zapallo tenía un color maravillos.
Asi que lo tengo congelado para hacere de todo hasta porotos granados.
Lo primero que hice fue este parfait de zapallo y quedó delicioso.
Los mellizos estaban un poco reticente pero les encantó.
El zapallo es más bien dulce. Pero se puede ocupar en todo.
Había hecho una vez pie de zapallo. y es buenísimo!
Ingredientes
(4 copas)
1 taza de puré de zapallo
1 cuchyaradita de especias para pie de zapallo
ver receta aqui es super simple.
(Se puede preparar la mezcla de especias y conservar en un frasco de vidrio.)
1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo
2 cucharadas de crema espesa (optativo)
1 1/2 cucharada de miel o azúcar
2 tazas de yogurt griego
galletas tipo champaña para espolvorear
Preparacion
En un bol mezclar el puré de zapallo.agregar las especias para pie de zapallo,y finalmente la miel, el azúcar o sustituto de azúcar.
En otro bowl agregar la crema al yogurt griego.
en cuatro copas o vasitos repartir por separado, primero la crema de yogurt luego la crema de zapallo, haciendo capas hasta terminar con los cuatro vasos.
Finalmente espolvorear las galletas molidas sobre el postre ya listo.
Refrigerar hasta servir
