These muffins are delicious, healthy and have berries :)) ha!
Im adapted from a recipe of Low calories recipes book
by Publising group.
and Im sharing this with Cook your books from Joyce
Ingredients
200 grams all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
75 grams unsalted butter (melted)
200 ml buttermilk or plain yogurt
70 grams sugar
50 grams slices almonds
300 grams raspberries fresh or frozen
Method
Preheat oven to 190 °c.
In a large bowl sift the flour, baking poder , soda and salt.
Add the sugar and mix well.
Add the melted butter, vanilla, milk and raspberries, gently mix the preparation should be slightly lumpy.
With a spoon pour the mixture in the molds of paper in a tray for 12 muffins.
Spread the almonds on the muffins and then introduce the muffins to preheated oven about 20-25 minutes or until look little golden .
Let cool for a while before removing from the tray.

Estos muffins son deliciosos y realmente saludables
Estan adaptados de una colección de libros Publishing group que se llama "Recetas bajas en calorías"
(Como dato a veces hago cupcakes son preciosos pero siempre los muffins tienen menos calorías)
Ingredientes
200 gramos de harina sin polvos de hornear
2 cucharaditas polvos de hornear
1/2 cucharadita bicarbonato de soda
1 pizca de sal
70 gramos de azúcar
1 cucharadita vainilla
75 gramos de mantequilla sin sal (derretida)
200 miligramos de leche
50 gramos almendras laminadas
300 gramos de frambuesas congeladas
o frescas
Preparación
En un bol grande tamizar la harina, polvos de hornear, soda, y sal.
Añadir el azúcar y mezclar bien.
Precalentar el horno a 190°c.
De a poco añadir la vainilla, la mentequilla derretida la leche, y las frambuesas. La preparación quedará un poco grumosa pero está bien.
Preparar moldes de muffins poniendo envases de papel en cada uno de los moldes. (bandeja para 12 muffins)
Con una cuchara repartir la mezcla en la bandeja para muffins.
Encima repartir las almendras laminadas o trozadas.
Llevar a horno precalentado por unos 20 a 25 minutos o hasta que hayan subido y estén ligeramente dorados.
Dejar enfriar un rato antes de servir.
