When I saw this recipe I was In love :)
I find this in a really beauty blog : How sweet it is
Many times I wanted make a dessert in a jar.Like jessica said I was a little scared because this being the first time I baked with glass jars.
Only use the better jars you have, the mermelade jars are special to hot liquid or jam.
Ingredients
(6 jars about 300 grams each one)
crust
1 1/4 cups graham cracker
1/2 cup of butter melted
pinch of salt
Preheat oven at 180° c
For cake
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 dark cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter melted
for topping
1 bag of large marshmallows
Method
For crust : Melt butter and mix in graha crumbs and salt.
Mix until moistened.
Spray or butter 6 jars and press graham crust into jars.
Pressed down the crumbs firmly with a spoon or other.
Cake
In a bowl whisk egg and sugar until amooth.
Add milk, cream, butter and vanilla until combined.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture.
Mix until batter is smooth.
Distribute the batter to jars one scoop at a time.
You only want to fill them up about half way.
Place jars in a baking dish and add about 1 1/2 cups of water to the bottom.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cake is set.
Remove jars from the oven and press large marshmallows down on top, about 4 or 5 each.
If you will serve immediately heat the boiler in the oven and wait about 1 or 2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown. (are so fast)
But if you dont want serve immediately, you need later, place the marshmallows on the top ready to heat only when you will serve.
Note: I think after I made you can add some apricots jam or berry jam over the cake and put the marshmallows on the top.

Ingredientes
(para 6 frascos de unos 250 o 300 grs)
masa
1 1/4 tazas de galletas molidas (cracker o de vino o museo)
1/2 taza de mantequilla derretida
una pizca de sal
Cake
1 1/4 tazas de harina sin polvos de hornear
1/4 taza de cocoa en polvo
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
1 pizca de sal
3/4 taza de azúcar rubia
1 huevo
Llevar a horno a 180°c.
