Blackberries clafoutis (Clafoutis aux mures)














I had these frozen blackberries by a time and you know always thinking what recipe would be the best LOL
I loved all I saw (hope find more blackberries again)
and finally I chose this recipe from Elle a Table
I love clafoutis because are easy and delicious:)


Ingredients (5 servings)

3 eggs
130 grs. sugar
30cl milk
20 cl heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g melted butter
80 grams all purpose flour
2 tablespoon of rhum
300 grams frozen blackberries

Method

Preheat oven at 180° c.

Butter  5 or 6 ramekins or pyrex bowls.
Mix all the ingredientes, first beat the eggs,add the sugar,milk and cream and vanilla, then the melted butter, flour and rhum, stir well.

 Distribute the berries in the ramekins and cover with the batter you made before.
Place at oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
They can be served warm or cold

Clafouti de moras











Los clafoutis son postres livianos (casi no llevan harina) con frutas se pueden hacer casi con todo tipo de frutas, son livianos y deliciosos.
Yo ocupé unas moras que tenía congeladas hace un mes más o menos (igual todavía no hay moras) pero vean en los congelados, a veces en esta época se encuentra ofertas de berries congelados porque estan preparando para la porxima producción.
Con una bolsa de berries congealdos es suficiente, pongo 300 porque es bueno poner una cantidad pero si tengo una sola bolsa le pongo esa cantidad.
Este receta está adaptada de una receta de Elle a la Table.


Ingredientes

3 huevos
130 grs. de azúcar
30 cl de leche
20 cl de crema
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
40 grs. mantequilla derretida
80 grs. harina sin polvos de hornear
2 cucharadas de ron
300 grs. o una bolsa de moras congeladas

    1. gracias Pamela; la verdad es que en santiago casi no se encuentran moras normalment no como en el sur que ibamos al campo de mi suegro y nosotros sacabamos las moras y hacia mermelada; ah que recuerdos desgraciadamente ahora arriendan el campo.
      pero cuando encuentro moras frescas me encanta.:)

    Y me he fijado especialmente en ese cake de arándanos, está precioso y seguro que buenísimo. Y además, tengo arándanos congelados, como me enseñaste que podía hacer. Así que cualquier día cae por casa.
    Me encantó el pastel de alcachofas de tu madre, qué buen aspecto, con esa masa tan brillante y fina. Tesoro de receta.

    1. Gracias MI Rosita, el jardin siemprepienso que es un regalo del cielo, aparte de regarlo ( y un jardinero que viene A VECES) no se hac emucho pero hemos plantado todo con amor, d ehecho las rosas y las bugamibilias las cuido yo sigh!

    M mum used to make clafoutis aux mure always during the summer time. I didn't enjoy this scrumptious treat in ages and now you are teasing me with your delicious looking dessert. naughty gloria! ;)
