When you want (or need) something with chocolate you can think in Brownies, especially this recipe of Fudge-walnut brownies, are absolutely delicious is adapted of one recipe of My recipes where you can find too healthy recipes.

Ingredients
200 grams all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup unswetened cocoa
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks
1/3 cup fat free milk
4 tablespoon of butter melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs beaten
1/2 chopped walnuts divided
Method
Preheat oven to 180C
Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, level with a knife.
Combines flour and nex 5 ingredientes (sugar,cocoa,brown sugar,baking powder and salt)in a large bowl.
Combine 1/2 cup of chocolate and milk in a microwave safe ( I put all the chocolate chunks with milk and was so good) bowl., microwave at high 1 minute strirring after 30 seconds.
Stir in butter,vanilla and eggs. Add milk mixture, 1/2 cup chocolate (if you melt only 1/2 cup)and 1/4 cup of nuts to flour mixture stir to combine.
Pour the batter into a square metal baking pan coated with cooking spray or oil, sprinkle over the batter with remaining nuts.
Bake for 22 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out with moistcrumbs clinging.
Cool in pan on a wire rack.
Cut into 20 pieces.

Brownies con nueces
A veces el cuerpo nos pide un poco de chocolate (no soy de tener barras de chocolate) solo las que uso para cocinar pero me apetece a veces hacer algo con chocolate, un mousse o brownies como estos que son deliciosos y muy chocolatosos, esa sería la palabra!!
Adapté y traduje esta receta de My recipes un sitio en inglés que tiene recetas muy buenas y saludables, de hecho estos brownies tienen menos calorías que otros que a veces hemos probado.
La cosa es la medida, una puede probar todo pero en porciones pequeñas.
La gracia del brownie es que debe quedar húmedo y delicioso por eso es importante el rato de cocción.
(Si a veces me demoro en traducir la receta tenganme paciencia es porque he estado muy alcanzada de tiempo, este mes si Dios quiere mis hijos se graduan de 4° medio y ya saben como es)
Ingredientes
200 gramos de harina sin polvos de hornear
1 taza de azúcar
3/4 taza de cocoa sin azúcar
1/2 taza de azúcar rubia
1/2 cucharadita de polvos de hornear
1/4 cucharadita de sal
1 taza de chocolate en trozos tipo bitter
1/3 taza de leche descremada
4 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
1 cucharadita extracto de vainilla
2 huevos grandes batidos
1/2 taza de nueces picadas en trocitos
Preparación
Precalentar el horno a 180° c.
Medir la harina y los ingredientes secos.
En un bol colocar la harina, azúcar, cocoa en polvo, azúcar rubia, polvos de hornear y sal.
Aparte en una jarrita o bol para microondas colocar la mitad del chocolate en trozos y la leche (yo hice lo siguiente coloqué todo el chocolate con la leche y lo derretí en el microondas y la textura quedó muy buena.)
Se coloca 1 minuto en el microondas en potencia alta y se retira para revolver cada 30 segundos, se revuelve y se vuelve a colocar.
Debe quedar una textura cremosa de chocolate con la leche.
En otro bol mezclar la mantequilla con la vainilla y huevos, agregar la mezcla con el chocolate derretido, y 1/4 de las nueces trozadas, mezclar todo con la mezcla de harina. Unir bien.
Poner la mezcla en un molde cuadrado alargado no muy grande (de unos 20 por 24 cm) previamente humedecido con aceite (le paso un pedazo de toalla nova con aceite) espolvorear encima el resto de las nueces picadas.
llevar a horno por unos 22 minutos no más porque debe quedar húmedo.Probar con una brocheta de bambú si sale con una pocas migas adheridas, estará bien.
Tapar y dejar enfriar.
Se puede cortar en 15 o 20 trozos segun se quiera.
