This chicken stew with tortillas really I make time on time but only now I notice I dont make a post with it.
So Im making this post for all of you love mexican food and others and love dinner with a simple and delicious touch :)
Hope you enjoy like we have made!Ingredients (4 servings)
1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon of oil
2 medium tomatos
peel and chopped
2 cups of cooked chicken
pin pieces
3/4 cup of chicken broth
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of cummin
6 or 8 corn tortillas
1 cup of cheddar cheese grated( or mozarella)
Method
In a pot heat the oil with the onion and cook over medium heat, always stirring, until soft.
Add the chopped tomatoes. cooked chicken, chicken broth, paprika, salt and cumin
bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer for about 5 minutes.
In a greased baking dish place a layer of tortillas with half the chicken mixture prepared.
On this mixture spread the middle of the cheese
Then place another layer of tortillas on the chicken mixture and add cheese remained.
Place in the oven (about 180 ° C) for 25 minutes, sprinkle cheese again and bake for about 5 minutes.
To serve, cut into pieces.
You can serve with guacamole too.

Guiso de tortillas mexicanas
Este guiso de tortillas mexicanas lo hago bastante seguido por ser simple y delicioso y es diferente a los burritos o tacos.
Hace poco revisando las recetas mexicanas me di cuenta de que no lo había hecho así que el otro dia le tomé fotos.
Lo que me gusta de las tortillas de maiz la cantidad de cosas que se pueden preparar y a los niños siempre les encanta.
Ingredientes (4 a 5 porciones)
1 cebolla picada fina
1 cucharada de aceite
3 tomates pelados y picados
2 tazas de pollo cocido
3/4 taza de caldo de ave
1 cucharadita de paprika
1 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de comino
6 a 8 tortillas (depende del tamaño)
1 taza de queso cheddar o mozarella rallado
u otro mantecoso
