These nice cupcakes are from BBC Good food (England) specially for a cup of tea of some juice or a coffe break!!
Raspberry Cupcakes with orange sugar drizzle
Ingredients
250 grs. all purpose flour
2 teaspoon of baking powder
160 unsalted butter softened
3 eggs
2oo grs. caster sugar
3 tbs milk
50 ground almonds
zest of 1 medium orange
180 grs. raspberries (frozen) plus extra to decorate
(if you have fresh freeze before are better)
For thge sugar crust
juice of 1 medium orange
4 tbsp of sugar
Method
1. Heat oven to 180°c .
Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper muffin cases.
Mix in a large bowl the flour, baking powder,ground almonds, caster sugar and milk,softened butter, add the eggs one by one and finally the orange zest.
Beat with electric whisk until is smooth.
Fold the raspberries through the batter.
2.Divide the batter between the cases, (they should be about half full) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or util golden and just firm.
Make the topping. Mix together the orange juice and sugar until well blended.
3.Remove the cupcakes from the oven allow to cool a little.
Drizzle each with the orange and sugarcrust mix .Top with the extra raspberries to serve.

Estos cupcakes deliciosos para la hora del té, un break o cualquier momento estan adaptados de BBC Good Food.
Ingredientes

200 grs. azúcar glass o flor
3 cucharadas de leche
50 grs. de almendras molidas
cascara rallada de 1 naranja
180 grs. de frambuesas congeladas
(/si son frescas congelar antes de ocupar)
Para el glacé de naranja
jugo de una naranja mediana
4 cucharadas de jugo de naranja
Preparación
Ingredientes

4 cucharadas de jugo de naranja
Preparación
Precalentar el horno a 180°c preparar un molde de muffins con moldes de papel (12)
En un bol mezclar la harina, los polvos de hornear, el azúcar ,leche, la mantequilla, las almendras molidas, luego agregar los huevos de a uno mezclando bien, finalmente la ralladura de naranja.
Mezclar bien a mano o con una batidora eléctrica hasta que sea una masa suave.
Finalmente agregar las frambuesas congeladas y mezclar bien.
Repartir la mezcla en los envases o cápsulas de papel y cocinar de 20 a 25 minutos o hasta
que estén dorados y firmes.
Preparar el glacé mezclando el jugo de naranja y el azúcar hasta que esten bien mexclados.
Con esta mezcla bañar los cupcakes cuando estén tibios.
Servir con algunas frambuesas para adornar.
