Blueberry Polenta tarts

This recipe is especially for those who love the berries like me: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc.

In the summer I really enjoy  and freeze what I can because I can't  live without berries.

In the Northern Hemisphere summer will begin to leverage their berries.

The dough of these pies are nice because  is with polenta that gives a special texture.

Im sending this recipe to my friend Marcela, she is chilean but live now in Canada and  has an amazing blog in English and spanish (like me) and this recipe if for and event she hostess.
Please visit her blog she has wonderful recipes around the world.
