The last week was a really stress week, you know, the kids, my daughter sick, my Mom, and ..we have to prepare some special party (for my sister in law) at home, anyway last Thursday I think I wanna make some nice and easy (I love bake) and made these muffins filled with plum and almonds slices, were absolutely nice... Plums add an special taste to these muffins and moist the doughNice with a cup of tea or a coffe or others..
I adapted this recipe from Revista Paula Enero 2011.
60 grs. butter
3/4 cup of sugar
(I use light sugar like splenda, remember use the middle of the normal sugar)
300 grs. flourgrated peel of 1 lemon
pinch of salt
1 full tablespoon of baking powder
125 ml milk
4 purple plums (remove pits )chopped
3/4 cup of almonds in slices
