Greek yogurt and berries crumble dessert




Really I dont know if maybe you are a little bored with this type of desserts but I find the crumble really delicious and is really simple, so here is the récipe!

Ingredients
6 servings

2 cups plain yogurt or Greek
2 cups frozen or fresh berries
3 tablespoons icing sugar
zest of 1 lemon

Almond Crumble

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped almonds
3/4 cup cold butter into cubes


method

For the crumble mix all the ingredients with your fingers until crumbs form.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with butter paper and bake at 180 ° c. (about 10 minutes)
Stir occasionally and bake until  golden.

Let cool before using.

Mix  lemon zest  with  greek yogurt .
Put berries and icing sugar in a bowl and stir. Set aside.

In glasses or cups placed in the bottom a layer of crumble, add greek yogurt and then pour over berries.
Garnish with mint if desired.
Keep refrigerated until serving.

Vasos de yogurt griego con berries
y crumble de almendras
 









Este postre es una maravilla (creo yo) por los simple que es y delicioso, el ideal es el postre que no sea complicado y sea saludable.

Este es con yogurt griego o yogurt sin sabor (a mi me gusta para postre el griego natural o el soprole sin sabor).

Berries pueden ser congeladas o frescas  pero puede ser con frutillas, que ya viene la época, sería delicioso también.

Ingredientes
(6 porciones)

2 tazas de yogurt griego o natural sin sabor
2 tazas de berries frescos o congelados
3 cucharadas de azúcar glass o en polvo
ralladura de un limón

Crumble de almendras
1/2 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de harina
1/2 taza de almendras picadas
3/4 taza de mantequilla en trozos bien fría

Preparación

Para el crumble mezclar todos los ingredientes y hacer como migas con los dedos, colocar en una lata de horno y llevar
a 180°c durante unos 10 minutos o hasta que la mezcla esté bien dorada y crujiente.

Dejar enfriar antes de usar para el postre.

Aparte mezclar el yogurt con la ralladura de limón.
En otro bol mezclar los berries con un poco de azúcar en polvo. reservar.

En vasos o copas colocar en el fondo el crumble, luego  repartir el yogurt griego y finalmente los berries, adornar con menta si se quiere.
Dejar en el refrigerador hasta servir.
