Berry, chia and greek yogurt dessert

Chia seeds have been in Whole Foods for a long time, but they're just now starting to grow in popularity, said Drew Rosen, nutrition and cooking teacher at New York City's Whole Foods Market Tribeca. "It's an ancient crop, but because the seeds are so flexible and high in omega threes, they are just blossoming all over the markets in all different types of products."

And that is true I had make some recipes but I wanna make something like a dessert with berries and greek yogurt!
I think chia is similar to tapioca in texture.

Ingredients
(5 glasses)

2  greek yogurt or plain yogurt  (about 350 g)
2 cups of different berries
(like raspberries,strawberries or blueberries)
3 tablespoon of chia seeds
3 tablespoon of sugar (or other like Splenda  or other)
3/4 cup of cold water

Method

Put chia seeds with the water in a bowl  and let about 4 hours or overnight.
The mixture will become very thick and pudding like.
Set aside.

In the blender mix the berries, yogurt and sugar until is smooth.
Stir the chia mix with the berries mixture  and spoon into glasses or bowls and top with some berries.
(look like a mousse)

 Put in refrigerator until serve.
