This is and easy and really lovely dessert, all we have some bananas remained and strawberries, we still have here in the South hemisphere and Im sure you have a lot now in the North, always think the strawberries are absolutely beautiful:)
This dessert is adapted from a Parragon book , "Simple recipes"
Ingredients
(4 to 6 desserts)
4 large bananas
450 g strawberries
300 ml whipped cream
2 tablespoons of sugar (optative)
some strawberries
for garnish
Method
Peel the bananas and place them in the food processor along with the strawberries.
Grind to a puree homogeneous and transfer to a bowl.
Carefully add the whipped cream , and add about two tablespoons of sugar if desired. to make some swirls divide into two parts and make layers with creams.
Place in dessert glasses.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with strawberries,

Crema de frutillas y plátanos
Del libro "Rapido y sencillo" de editorial Parragon
(Estos libros los encuentro siempre en la Librería Contrapunto)
Ingredientes
(4 a 6 porciones)
4 plátanos maduros
450 gramos de frutillas
300 ml de crema batida
2 cucharadas de azúcar(optativo)

Preparación
Pele los plátanos y póngalos en el procesador junto con las frutillas o en la licuadora.
Triturar hata obtener un puré homogeneo y pasarlo a un bowl.
Con cuidado incorporar la crema batida.
Se puede incorporar una parte de la mezcla y la otra no para servir en capas
Si se desea endulzar la crema con el azúcar.
Refrigerar hasta el momento de servir. Adornar con unas frutillas.
Ponerlas en vasos de postre o copas.
