Ingredients
1 package (about 280 g)frozen or fresh raspberries
thawed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 3/4 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup butter melted
2 package 8 oz of cream cheese , room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Method
Heat oven to 180°c (or 350 F)
In blend container, blend raspberries until smooth.
In saucepan, combine raspberry puree and cornstarch, cook and stir ultil thickened.
Cool.
Combine graham crumbs and butter in small bowl, press firmly on bottom of greased
13 x 9 inch baking pan.
1 large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla, mix well. Pour over crust.
Drop raspberry mixture by spoonfuls over batter. Gently swirl with a knife or spatula.
Bake about 25 minutes until center is set.
Cool. Cut into bars. Chill. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Cheescake con frambuesas
Les diré algo este cheescake se lo pelearon aquí, literalmente, se puede hacer tambien con arándanos o berries surtidos lo que encuentren, congelados se encuentran todo el año.
Es fácil y delicioso sólo hay que esperar los tiempos para que quede más compacto.
Ingredientes
280 gramos de frambuesas congeladas o frescas
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 3/4 tazas de galletas molidas (vino o las que se tengan you usé tritón!)
1/4 taza de mantequilla derretida
2 paquetes de queso crema Filadelfia u otro
1 tarro de leche condensada
2 huevos
1/3 taza de jugo de limón
1 cucharadita vainilla
Preparación
Calentar el horno a 180°c.
En la juguera o licuadora moler los berries como para hacer un puré.
En una ollita mezclar el puré de berries con la maizena, (si se ve muy espeso agregar un poco de agua fría), revolver hasta que esté espeso y dejar enfriar.
Aparte moler las galletas (pueden ser de vino, monitos, museo o tritón como dije) luego en un bowl mezclar con la mantequilla derretida, esta pasta ponerla en el fondode un molde cuadrado o alargado.(20 x 15 cm por ejemplo)
En un bol grande mezclar los quesos crema, batir el queso crema hasta que esté más blanco y cremoso, agregar la leche condensada y mezclar bien, despues agregar los huevos, el jugo de limón y la vanilla.
Mezclar bien.
Esta crema esparcirla sobre la masa de galletas.
Agregar por cucharadas sobre esta mezcla en forma de dibujos la salsa de berries, se pueden hacer dibujos con un cuchillo o espátula.
Llevar a horno por unos 25 minutos hasta que se vea sólido en el centro.
Retirar y dejar enfriar por los menos una hora. Tambien se puede refrigerar.
Para servir cortar en cuadrados.
Si sobra conservar en el refrigerador.
