I find this Jamie Oliver Ice cream recipe really lovely and quick, and have only a few ingredients , also is perfect when you want a dessert and you can use any berries you like or you have.
He says only some minutes, but I think is a little more:)
Ingredients
(4 servings)
500 g mixed frozen berries
(I used blueberries,raspberries and some blackberries)fresh or frozen150 g fresh blueberries
3 - 4 tablespoons runny honey
500 g natural yoghurt
a few fresh mint
Method
In advance put 4 small glasses in the freezer.
(you can ser straight into ice cream cornets if you prefer)
Put the honey and yoghurt and some leaves of mint into the food processor and whiz, then add the frozen berries and whiz again until combined.
Put the berries mix into a metal container and let about 20 to 30 minutes, this time was OK for me.
Divide the fresh blueberries between, the glasses or cornets
Spoon the frozen yoghurt over the fresh berries and serve.
Note: After 15 minutes you can see if is ready, mine was about 20 minutes.

Y tambien lleva pocos ingredientes .
Ideal cuando se quiere hacer un postre rápido y delicioso y se puede hacer con cualquier tipo o mezcla de berries.
