Strawberries cakes in a cup

What can I say about these ??? are delicious, lovely (yes) and really enjoyed making. maybe is  I love strawberries, but I think with any berry would be beauty (and you can use fresh or frozen)
This recipe is adapted from a little book "Cupcakes and muffins" from Parragon Books.

And these capucchino cups are from my Mom because I had someones and  were broken, but these were perfect!

Ingredients
(4 ceramic cups like these or 6 if yours are more small)

6 tablespoon of butter
room temperature
4 tablespoon of strawberries jam
150 grams of sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200 grams of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
200 grams of strawberries fresh or frozen
glass sugar to sprinkle

Method

 Preheat the oven to 180°c

Butter 4 or 6 cups.
put at the bottom of each cup 2 teaspoons of jam,
In a bowl beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy cream.
Add the beaten egg and then little by little vanilla.
Mix flour with hornearl powders incorporate the cream, stir well and divide into cups over the jam

In a baking pan place ceramic cups and pour hot water to cover about one third of its height.  Bake the cakes for 40 minutes (180 ° C) until they rise and are golden and the center tap the toothpick comes out clean.
Turn off the oven and let stand about two to three minutes, carefully remove the cups from the source and arrange on plates.
Garnish with strawberries or other berries and sprinkle powdered sugar

a temperatura ambiente
4 cucharadas de mermelada de frutilla o frambuesa
150 gramos de azucar
2 huevos batidos
1 cucharadita esencia de vainilla
200 gramos de harina sin polvos
1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear
200 gramos de frutillas o frambuesas
azúcar en polvo para espolvorear
