I made this dessert for New Year s'Eve and was delicious
(maybe I said this before??:)

Anyway is true, never, believe me, never I could post a food If don't  find really  delicious:)

Is with cherries but you can use canned cherries or fresh.

This recipe is adapted from Mediterranean cook  from
Parragon Books ltd.

Ingredients (6 servings)

200 ml  strong coffe
3 tablespoon of cognac
400 grams ladyfingers
or biscuits
250 grams cream cheese
or mascarpone
300 ml whipped cream
3 tablespoon of sugar
300 grams sweet cherries canned or fresh

to garnish
grated chocolate
some cherries

Method

Put the cold coffee into a pitcher and add the cognac.
Place half of the biscuits into cups or glasses and soaked

on  the coffee mixture with  cognac or rum.
In a bowl mix the cream cheese or mascarpone with cream and sugar.
Spread half of this cream on the moist  biscuits and  then distribute the halved cherries.

Spread the rest of biscuits and soaked in coffee.
Spread the remaining cream.

Distribute the remained cherries.
Garnish with cherries and grated chocolate
(I forgot the chocolate when I  made :)
Leave in the fridge for at least two hours.
