Really I love more pasta these last years and because my kids love them maybe, so I find different twists to make.
My favorite always are with any seafood and parmesan cheese.
I made these fuselli the other day and Im not sure to post but was so lovely and I wanna share;)
500 grs. fusilli paste
1 clove garlic chopped
salt
ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
olive oil
150 grs. prawns fresh or freeze
2 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
Fill a pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the fusilli, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm .
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and cook by a while prawns, garlic with pepper and salt.
