Today is other Secret Recipe Club recipe and I was assigned to the blog of Danielle Mostly food and Crafts who has nice and healthy recipes I choose these zucchini crips because my daugther love them.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of Panko or dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons milk
2 1/2 cups (1/4-inch-thick) slices zucchini (about 2 small)
Cooking spray
Method
Preheat oven at 190° c
Combine panko or breadcrumbs, grated cheese,salt, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl. stirring with a whisk.
Place milk in a shallow bowl.
Dip zucchini slices in milk, and dredge in panko misture.
Place coated slices on an ovenproof wire rack coated with cooking spray, place rack on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and crisp.
Serve inmediately.
Serve with salads or alone

Zapallitos o calabacines gratinados
Este mes de nuevo el Club de la receta Secreta y me fue asignado el blog de Danielle : Most foods and Crafts de su blog que tiene muy buenas recetas elegí estos zapallitos gratinados al horno, quedan muy buenos.
Ingredientes
1/2 taza de panko o pan rallado
1/4 taza de queso parmesano rallado
1/4 cucharadita de sal
1/4 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1/8 cucharadita de pimienta molida
2 cucharadas de leche
2 1/2 taza de zapallitos cortados en rodajas
spray o aceite para el molde
Preparación
Precalentar el horno a 190°c
Mezclar primero el panko, el queso, la sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo.
Mezclar bien.
Colocar la leche en un bol, sumergir los zuchinis en la leche para que se empapen.
Pasarlos por la mezcla de panko y colocarlos en una fuente o molde aceitado.
Llevar a horno por unos 30 minutos o hasta que se vean dorados y crujientes,servir inmediatamente solo o con ensaladas.
