EN ESPAÑOL
Cheescake de limón en copas
Lleva limón y yogurt como siempre puede ser el yogurt griego o el yogurt natural Soprole que lo uso mucho para salsas y postres por la textura
Ingredientes
300grs. de galletas molidas(monito,de vino o de vainilla)
1/2 cucharadita jengibre en polvo
pizca de canela
pizca de nuez moscada
100 grs. mantequilla derretida
220 grs. queso crema tipo philadelphia
(temperatura ambiente)
1/2 taza de crema
1/2 taza de azúcar
2 cucharadas de jugo de limón
3 tazas yogurt griego o natural soporle
Good Greek yoghurt is the best. But I don't like the fake kinds where they add gur gum and gelatine. Yuck.
ReplyDeleteHappy Eating :-)
Yes for this not all the yogurt are the best, sometimes is better a good nice plain yogurt, :)

DeleteHi Gloria,
ReplyDeleteYes, I think the chart will help. I had to have Grandson-in-law translate it for me so that I could understand what it said, but now I should be okay.
I am hoping that when I feel better that I will be able to try some of these recipes. They all look so delicious. Right now we seem to be just eating very simple meals or things that are prepared and just need to be cooked.
I just cannot seem to get rid of this bug and between the headaches and weakness, I am just too tired to do much. One day I cannot sleep very well and the next day I am sleeping the whole day barely able to stay away at all. And even then I am still so tired. I forgot to get my flu shot this year and I think I am just getting one flu after another. I also suffer from chronic bronchitis along with asthma so my breathing for the last few months has been suffering. I could go on but too many things going on. I have been on meds and have to pretty much fight this on my own, which is probably why I am so tired.
Anyway, sorry I was so slow but I did not understand what it said. My Spanish is very basic so having it translated totally helps.
Thank you so much for getting it for me. I really do appreciate it. And I should probably try to eat more yogurt, this looks like a good way to eat it. Thanks for this recipe.
God bless.
Sorry heard you still are sick dear Mrsupole, really sorry, hope you feel better soon, maybe with spring that is so close of you soon.
DeleteDont worry by me you can visit when you can or need or want (lol) about meds (when you want make something) look because many recipes are with USA meds like oz. cause many of my recipes are from USA.Anyway always I make the recipes in english and spanish.
Take care
