This delicious and nice seafood paella come from La cocina de Adita I have made different paellas but I love this recipe, when you want to make a nice and quickly paella.

Ingredients (6 servings)
600 grs. white rice
1 large onion chopped
70 grs. red pepper
100 grs. green pepper
400 grs. shrimp
250 grs, mussels (fresh or tin)
200 grs. clams (fresh or tin)
200 grs. green peas
2 o 3 tablespoon of oil
salt, pepper
1 teaspoon of saffron
3 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 fresh tomato chopped
2 or 3 tablespoon of oil
1 garlic clove chopped
some parsley
Method
In a skillet with about 2 or three tablespoons of oil to fry the chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and a tomato, finely chopped, add salt and pepper, and saffron and stir well. cut the heat.
Add the chopped garlic and a tablespoon of chopped parsley.
Add 1,200 cc of water (always the double of rice) and bring to a boil, when boiling add the rice. and green peas Stir slightly and cook for about 18 minutes over very low heat.
Cook with a lid or aluminium paper.
Then add the mussels, clams and shrimp eventually.
Garnish with red pepper.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C and cook for a while and set aside before serve.

Paella rápida de mariscos (receta Adita)
El otro día hice esta receta de paella de Adita y fue fantastica, no es dificil y es absolutamente deliciosa.
Me encantó que es una receta que no es complicada, cada vez valoro más eso. Y les recomiendo el Blog de Adita porque tiene recetas deliciosas, gracias por compartirla Adita.
Yo la adapté un poco por los ingredientes y porque estaba pensada para 4 personas, yo la preparé para seis.
Ingredientes (6 personas)
600 grs. arroz blanco (grano corto)
1 cebolla grande o mediana picada fina
70 grs. pimiento rojo
100 grs. pimiento verde
400 grs. de camarones o gambas
250 gra. de choritos o mejillones (frescos o en tarro)
200 grs. de almejas o machas (frescas o en tarro)
200 grs. de arvejas o guisantes
2 o 3 cucharadas de aceite
sal y pimienta
1 cucharadita de azafran
3 cucharadas de salsa de tomate
1 tomate fresco picado
1 diente de ajo picado
perejil picado
Preparación
En un sartén grande calentar el aceite y freir la cebolla picada y el pimiento verde. Dorar.
Añadir la salsa de tomates y el tomate picado.Aliñar con sal y pimienta y el azafrán,revolver y cortar el fuego.
Agregar el ajo picado y el perejil.
Agregar el doble de agua caliente de la cantidad de arroz (1,200 cc)
poner a hervir y cuando hierva agregar el arroz y las arvejas.
Revolver y dejar cocer a fuego lento durante unos 18 minutos.
Cocinar con tapa o papel aluminio.
Entonces agregar los choritos o mejillones, las almejas y finalmente los camarones dejar un rato y apagar el fuego.
Prender el horno a 180°c y colocar un rato la paella. Retirar y servir.

Gloria your paella looks great! I like seafood, but just not shrimp. I can alway subsitute scallops or other for some of the shrimp. I would love to try this!
