4 manzanas grandes Fuji o Granny Smith

Gloria, this looks delicious! I will save your recipe when fresh apples arrive at the farmers' market at the end of summer.
ReplyDeleteI love the bunnies on your sidebar!
Happy Easter to you!

ReplyDeleteThis looks outstanding Gloria, and Congrats for growing your own apples.
ReplyDeletebeautiful galette - i love this sort of dessert
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking this up to Sweets for a Saturday.
ReplyDeleteI make an apple galette that is my husband’s favorite dessert. But I think it might be somewhat mis-titled since most galette recipes I see are like yours, not the one I make. The main difference is the free form part and the crust recipe. Mine is a pate sucre which I think is a bit sweeter than your recipe. And since I am a clutz when it comes to making food look good I should skip my tart pan and go for this free form.
