Grapes Sorbet

Dearies this grape sorbet recipe I made last week at the beach (where I spent a few days) I love the relaxation and tranquility, and indeed it was absolutely delicious, and not just my opinion but everyone liked,

Strain the mixture through a fine colander, pressing for more flavor.

Pour the liquid into a metal dish, place in the freeze. Freeze by two hours.
Once solid, process it in a blender or food processor with egg white.

Again empty in the  metal mold and refreeze by one hour more.

Mantener congelado.
