There are some meals that are special are not only delicious because comfort the soul, the kitchen has plenty of inspiration, emotion and love of course. .Is an amalgam of different things, because when one cooks sometimes one is the first surprised when something is really so good.!!
This is the case with this soup. Also I love seafood.

3 tablespoons of oil
1 onion diced
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 carrot peel and chopped
1 red pepper in cubes
2 medium tomatos peel
1 liter fish soup (I use salmon
1 piece but you can use other fish)
3/4 cup og white wine
3 -4 pieces of salmon or other fish
300 grs. prawns (fresh or freeze)
2 yolks egg
1 bay laurel leaf
1 cup of cream
1/3 cup of parsley
chopped to powder
salt and pepper
Method (5-6 servings)
In a large pot heat the oil over medium heat, add onion and garlic and cook 5 minutes or until onion is lightly browned, add paprika powder, carrot , red pepper and tomates. Empty the fish stock and white wine (I did well in broth, cooked them for a while a piece of salmon with salt and pepper)Blend well and dont boil because bremember you added theyolks with heavy cream.
Reduce heat and cook about 6 to 7 minutes
add laurel an d salmon and continue t cook 7 minutes.
Add the yolks dissolved in heavy cream. Add the prawns .Cook slow heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and serve sprinkled with parsley.
