This dessert was a nice and yummy surprise, I never made before, and I love it, I thought may be difficult but really no and is absolutely delicious. I use frozen berries and I bought puff pastry.
The kids loved it.The original recipe is with vanilla cream but I prefer lemon curd because Im crazy by lemon curd and the mix is absolutely yummy!
The recipe
Ingredients
2 whites egg beaten
100 grs. powdered sugar
200 grs. strawberries (frozen or fresh)
200 grs. blueberries (frozen or fresh)
Homemade lemon curd
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 pinch of salt
Method
Cut puff pastry in rectangles, place on a baking sheet, brush with white beaten and sprinkle with some sugar over them.
Cook at oven by 8 minutes until are golden. Let chill and set aside.
Lemon Curd
In the top of a double boiler beat eggs and sugar. Stir in butter,lemon juice,lemon peel and pinch of salt.
Cook over simmer water for 15 minutes until mixture is thickened. Let chill.(You may store in the fridge by some days)
Assemble the dessert
In a large dish place one rectangle of puff pastry and spread over it lemon curd, add some blueberries and strawberries, place other puff pastry sheet and spread lemon curd again and add some berries, until make all the rectangles.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. This recipe will keep in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serve.

Postre Napoleon en masa de hoja con berries
Este postre fue una agradable y deliciosa sorpresa. nunca lo habìa hecho y a todos les encantò, bueno a mì me encantan los berries. Se puede hacer con berries (frutos rojos) frescos o congelados.
Y se usa masa de hoja que se encuentra en los supermercados en la secciòn fria (donde estan las pizzas y masas)
Ingredientes
4 rectàngulos para preparar masa de hoja de unos 15 cm. c/u
2 claras de huevo batidas ligeramente
100 grs. de azùcar glass
200 grs. de frambuesas (frescas o congeladas)
200 grs. de aràndanos frescos o congelados
Crema de limon hecha en casa
(Esta crema de limòn sirve no sòlo para rellenar pasteles, tambien para otros postres o para untar en los scones por ejemplo)
2 huevos
1 taza de azùcar
1/2 taza de mantequilla derretida
1/2 taza de jugo de limòn
1 y1/2 cucharada de càscara de limòn rallada
1 pizca de sal
Preparaciòn
Primero cortar la masa de hoja en 4 rectàngulos, colocar sobre la bandeja de horno, pintar con una brocha la clara de huevo y espolvorear con el azùcar glass.
Llevar a horno por unos 8 minutos o hasta que estèn doradas.
Reservar.
Lemon curd
En una ollita sobre un sartèn con agua (a baño marìa) mezclar los huevos con el azùcar, agregue la mantequilla, el jugo de limòn y la càscara de limòn rallada y la pizca de sal, unir bien y seguir revolviendococinando por 15 minutos o hasta que tenga una consistencia espesa como de crema.
Retirar y dejar enfriar.( Si se hace màs cantidad se puede guardar en la nevera por unos dìas)
Armar el postre
Sobre una fuente o plato extendido, ir colocando una masa de hoja, y colocar una capa de crema de limòn, colocar sobre esta aràndanos y frambuesas, luego otro rectàngulo y nuevemente la crema de limòn y los berries, asì hasta terminar.
Llevar a la nevera por lo menos 30 minutos hasta que sea momento de servir

Gracias Kako, esta es la tipica receta que puedes reemplazar por splenda o sugarfor, se usa la mitad y queda super bien, de hecho en la crema de limón lo hice así.
