Ingredients
3 cups bread cubes
4 cups scalded milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 eggs lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sauce
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1.Preheat the oven t0 175 º C
2. Butter a mold to baking the pudding. Soak bread in hot milk by 15 minutes,mix well, add the 3/4 cup sugar, the tablespoon of butter,salt,eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanila. Join well and place into the baking mold.
3.Fill with boiling water a roasting pan and place baking dish inside.Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or when is golden.
4. While pudding cools,combine 1 cup of sugar,1/2 cup of butter, cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla in a large sauce pan.While stirring,bring to boil.Reduce heat to low.Stir 3 minutes more. I turn up the pudding over a large dish how picture and bain with the sauce the dessert.
Or spoon the sauce over warm bread pudding, serve warm or cold.

Budìn de pan con salsa de vainilla
El budìn de pan es un postre que hago bastante a menudo con diferentes recetas pero esta que encontrè en All recipes.com me gustò mucho y especialmente la salsa de vainilla.Esta es mi entrada a bookmarked recipes de Ruth'kitchen experiments en su blog http://justaddeggs.blogspot.com/.
Ingredientes
3 tazas de pan en cubos
4 tazas de leche caliente
3/4 taza de azúcar1 cucharada de mantequilla
1/2 cucharadita de sal
4 huevos ligeramente batidos
1 cucharadita extracto vainilla
Salsa vainilla
1 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de mantequilla
1/2 taza de crema o nata espesa
1 cucharadita de vainilla
Método
1. Precalentar el horno a175 ° C
2. Enmantequillar un molde para el budín. Remojar el pan en la leche caliente por 15 minutos, mezclar bien. Agregar el azùcar, la mantequilla, sal y huevos y la cucharadita de vainilla. Unir bien.Colocar en el molde.
3. Colocar dentro de un molde màs grande con agua caliente (bain marie).Llevar a horno por 50 minutos o hasta que estè dorado.
4. Mientras el pudìn se enfrìa un poco combinar el azùcar,1/2 taza de mantequilla crema o nata y la cucharadita de vainilla en un sartèn. Revolver y mezclar a fuego medio,Reducir el calor y revolver unos 3 minutos màs, cubrir con esta salsa el postre o cuando se sirva. Yo lo doy vuelta en un plato y lo baño encima.
Se puede servir frìo o caliente es igual de rico!

ReplyDeleteResopecto a recetas trato de hacer siempore cosas que se puedan hacer fàcil, pienbsa tù que tengo que hacerles cosas a mis niños todos los dìas.
Te recomiendo la pizza que està mpàs abajo (la masa yummy), y en mislabels tengo uno que se llama Simple recipes y hay cosas muy buenas, amì siempre me gusta saber que les gusta asì que dime que tipo de receta te gustarìa.
Amo los quiches tambièn! y se pueden hacer tantas cosas, los quiches son muy parecidos solo cambia la masa. (Ver savoy pies)
Igual te recomiendo un pollo al sèsamo que queda delicioso y se hace solo lo hice màs al principio puede estar en confort food, te lo voy a ver y te aviso. muchos cariños xxGloria
