I love cook and I love all the people I knew here of many countries and have nice and special friends and this is wonderful.
I m so thanksful of you and your lovely comments, the last times were difficult to me by many things but love to post the blog because always enjoy to speak with friends and look other wonderful blogs.
More ahead I want to make a giveaway to all of you but today I dont find the thing I want to give, so I will do in a few days more.
Well the today's recipe is a lovely cake that here many people love and ask to their parties, is so wet because is combined, cream,condensed milk and evaporated milk, all the cake is moist with this and in the middle has a stuff of Dulce de Leche that I know many of you really love, to the Dulce de Leche you may see in Labels Dulce de leche.
Ingredients to cake
1 cup of sugar (240 grs.)
6 eggs divided (yolks from the whites)1/3 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla1 cup and half of plain flour
2 teaspoon of baking powderFilling and to moist the cake
1 cup of Dulce de Leche
1 tin of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of double cream
To the meringue over the cake
4 whites
pinch of salt
6 tablespoons of sugar
1/3 teaspoon cream of tartar
METHOD
Preheat the oven to medium heat, about 175 º C.
Pour butter in a mold about 24/26 cm diameter and in the bottom place greased paper.
In a bowl beat the yolks with 1/2 cup of sugar by 5 minutes, add the vanilla,flour and baking powder. Reserve.
In other bowl beat the whites and when are firm add the 1/2 cup of sugar that you have, beat well, incorporate slowly the mix of yolks that you reserved. Empty the mix to the mold and cook at the oven by 45 minutes or until is dry.
Take out the oven and let chill. Divide the cake in two parts and place in the mold again and filling with Dulce de Leche, cover with the other part of cake and now with a wooden bamboo (how I show at picture) prik ALL THE CAKE.
In other bowl mix the Condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla and cream, mix well, and with a large spoonful empty over the cake, until finish the mix. Let rest by 6 hours inside the mold.
Later whipped the whites to cover and add the cream of tartar,pinch of salt and sugar to make a hard merengue, Cover the cake with this meringue and you may roasted or grilled to be golden. Let chill at fridge by two hours. I place here a little picture of the tool I used to golden, I dont know as you say in english. In spanish we say soplete.

1 año del Blog y 100 posts!!! Torta tres leches
Estuve pensando muchos dìas que hacer para esta fecha especial.
Al final seleccionè este Cake o Tarta que algunos pueden conocerlo, aquì a todo el mundo le encanta es un bizcocho suave relleno de manjar y que se moja con una mezcla de leche condensada,leche evaporada y crema, quedando un cake rico y muy hùmedo y cuando pasan los dìas es aùn màs rico.
Hice este Cake ayer y mi hija Esperanza me ayudò a tomar las fotos, le encantò esto de ponerle una vela a la tarta.
No quiero hablar demasido porque lo mìo son las recetas, pero quiero que sepan que lo hago con mucho cariño, agradezco todos sus comentarios y me emciona que les gusten las recetas.
Cuando empecè el blog era solamente en ingles (las primeras recetas) pero los de España (con justa razon) se quejaron de que querian las recetas en español por lo tanto a hora las pongo en los dos idiomas, es divertido porque a veces una receta es en ingles y la traduzco al español o al reves la tengo en español y hago la traducciòn al ingles, no les dirè que a veces me canso pero encuentro que vale la pena, es como un servicio y ademàs dar a conocer recetas de mi paìs y de otros lugares, me encanta ver recetas de otros lugares a veces tan diferentes, a pasado un año pero he conocido gente realmente maravillosa, tengo amigos de blog en Inglaterra,Australia,Canadà, España, Argentina,Uruguay,Brasil,Holanda,Suiza,Italia, USA, Francia, Africa, India, etc.etc. no me acuerdo de todos los paises porque de repente uno conversa tanto y tan bien que se olvida que son de otro paìs, personalmente pienso que somos ciudadanos del mundo y que muchas veces la nacionalidad no tiene importancia, porque siempre hay algo que nos une màs importante.
Màs adelante voy a hacer un giveaway, que es cuando uno regala algo especial,(se hace como un sorteo entre los que escriben en el blog) no encontrè lo que querìa, màs adelante les cuento.Algo pequeño pero con cariño.
Heyy, no quiero aburrirlos y vamos a la receta
Ingredientes
Para el bizcocho
1 taza de azùcar (240 grs.)
6 huevos separados
1/3 taza de leche
1/2 cucharadita vainilla
1 taza y media de harina normal
2 cucharaditas de polvos de hornear
Para rellenar y mojar el bizcocho:
1 taza de Dulce de leche
1 bote de leche condensada
1 bote de leche evaporada
1/2 taza de crema o nata
1 cucharadita de vainila
Para hacer el merengue que cubre el Cake
4 claras
1/3 cucharadita de cremor tàrtaro
6 cucharadas de azùcar
METODO
Precalentar el horno a temperatura media, (175º c)
Enmantequillar un molde con fondo removible y forrar con papel
mantequilla.
En un bol batir las yemas con 1/2 taza de azùcar hasta que estèn espumosas,batir unos 5 minutos,agregar la vainilla, harina,y polvos de hornear. mezclar bien.
Batir las claras firmes ,agregar poco a poco el azùcar, incoporar a esta mezcla el batido de yemas suavemente con movimientos envolventes,verter la mezcla en el molde que se tiene preparado y llevar a horno por unos 45 minutos o hasta que el bizcocho estpe seco y ligeramente dorado.
Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar en una rejilla.
Dividir el bizcocho en dos partes, porner la parte de abajo en el fondo del molde y rellenar con el Dulce de Leche. Tapar con el resto del bizcochuelo y presionar un poco.Con palo de bambù como el que se ve en la foto pinchar todo el bizcocho.
Mezclar la leche evaporada,leche condensada y crema y vainilla, mezclar bien e ir vaciando por cucharadas sobre el Cake para que se vaya absorviendo (es una Cake bien hùmedo) . Despues dejar reposar por lo menos unas 6 horas siempre dentro del molde.
En un bowl batir las claras para cubrir, con una pizca de sal y el cremor tártaro, agregar poco a poco el azùcar. Cubrir bien la torta, hacerle algunos dibujos y dorar con un soplete como el que muestro en la foto pequeña. Despues refrigerar por los menos 2 horas antes de servir, mientras màs se moja màs rica queda.

ReplyDeleteComo todos los que tenemos un blog sabemos que lleva su pequeño esfuerzo detrás de él, pero que recompensa porque conoces gente de muchos sitios con los que llegas a entablar amistad, yo te descubrí hace relativamente poco, aunque te leía en los comentarios de otro blog amigo. Debo de decirte que me encanta leerte, que me gustan mucho tus recetas y sobre todo el conocer la gastronomía de otras culturas, porque al igual que tú me siento ciudadana del mundo y más allá de todas las fronteras geográficas que se establecen quedan las personas a las cuales en global nos unen los sentimientos.
El postre no pudo ser mejor para esta celebración, además cuando el bizcocho está húmedo me encanta, lo malo es que lo puedo deborar, jjj.
