Chinese rolls to Mexican style (Rollos Primavera al estilo mexicano)




This is yummy but curious recipe, when I discover a few years ago I begin to make always because is a really mix China/mexican food, so delicious.


You may prepare how a appetizers or a simple dinner night.





Ingredients



1 cup of oil unsaborized

300 grs.of grind beef meat

1 teaspoon of ginger powder

2 green onions chopped

1/2 red pepper in slices

1 carrot (grated)

4 spoonfuls of soy sauce

salt and pepper

chili powder (optative)

2 spoonfuls of corn meal

dissolved in cold water

8 to 10 mexican tortillas (burritos type)

300 grs. of sprouts soy

salt and pepper


Method
Ina a Wok or Frying pan heat 1/4 cup of oil to medium fire and fry the meat with the ginger powder by 6 minutes or more.
Add the green onions,red pepper, and the grated carrot.Cook by two minutes mixing well. Add the soy sauce and chili powder, Salt and pepper.
Add the corn meal dissolved in cold water, mix well.
Finally add the sprouts soy and cook by 30 to 40 seg. Let chill for a while.

To prepare the tortillas heat at microwaves by 1 or 2 minutes to soft them to roll.
Extend each tortilla and full with two spoonfuls of the mix and roll with care , moist the border to stick the ends of the roll.

Fry in hot oil to golden them and when are ready place over a towel paper.
Serve hot.
I add soy sauce to eat, some childs add keptchup, you know how is.

Rollos primavera a la mexicana(rollos chinos)

Esta es una receta muy rica pero curiosa porque es una mezcla de chino/mexicano, desde que descubrì esta receta hace algunos años me encantò porque es muy rica y los rollos quedan deliciosos.

Ingredientes

1 taza de aceite sin sabor
300 grs. de carne de vacuno molida
1 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo
2 cebollines picados
1/2 pimentòn rojo cortado en tiras
1 zanahoria rallada
4 cucharadas de salsa de soya
chile en polvo (optativo)
2 cucharadas de maicena o harina de maiz disuelta en agua frìa.
300 grs. de brotes de soya
sal y pimienta
8 a 1o tortillas (tipo para burritos)

Mètodo

En un wok o sartèn calentar 1/4 taza de aceite a fuego medio y dorar la carne con jengibre. Añadir el pimentòn en tiras, el cebollìn picado, la zanahoria rallada y mezclar bien. Agregar la salsa de soya, el chile, sal y pimienta.
Agregar la maicena disuelta en agua frìa que es para ligar la mezcla.

Al final agregar los brotes de soya, cocinar por unos 30 o 40 seg.. Retirar elwok y dejar enfriar.

Para preparar las tortillas, calentar en el microondas por 1 a 2 minutos para que queden màs suaves para enrollarlas. Extender cada tortilla en una superficie lisa y colocar en el borde dos cucharadas de relleno y enrollar, mojar con agua los bordes de la tortilla, para que queden sellados los extremos apretando con los dedos. Freir en aceite bien caliente hasta dorar.

Colocar sobre toalla de papel antes de servir.

Servir calientes.

Yo les agrego salsa de soya a los mìos, los niños les colocan a veces keptchup(suspiro).

  8. Querida Gloria, en estos días ando un poco incomunicada, pero no dejo de leer los blogs. De nuestros amigos. Descubrí el de Begoña (o Begonia?), "El mantel de cuadros" y me parece que es genial cuando una anda un poco bajoneada, especialmente el post de los tacos altos.
    Tu receta de hoy, se la voy a pasar a mi cuñada Pato, que ella es la experimentadora de la familia y seguro que le va a encantar esta idea de engañar a los chicos con "empanaditas chinas", que por aquí son tan caras y siempre que nos reunimos nos piden.

    Alicia estaba por escribirte te habìa echado de menos de verdad!!! gracias por venir, estos rollos chinos te aseguro que le fascinan a los niños las veces que los he hecho se los pelean literlamente y no son dfìciles, yo nunca compro comida china (tambièn està cara acà) pero me encanta, a veces mi hermano compra y le manda a los niños, pero estos rollos te dirè que el relleno casi es mejor que otros que he probado! xxGloria
