The last Sunday was the celebration of Hubby's birthday and this is the Cake I made.
I place here to share with all of you to when you want to make a Cake. Is fresh, easy and all made in home.
Ingredients
8 eggs (separated whites and yolks)
6 spoonfuls of flour
4 spoonfuls of cornstarch (or cornmeal)
4 teaspoon of Baking powder
300 grs., granulated sugar
grated peel lemon (1)
Lemon juice (1)
Pineapple filling:
1 or two can crushed pineapple in juice
1 cup of caster sugar
3/4 Lt. of Double cream or whipped cream
1 teaspoon of Cream tartar
Method
Whipp the whites with a pinch of salt until be firm,and make a syrup with thw granulated sugar and a little water. When is ready add slowly to the whites and continue whipp.
Add the yolks and mix well, add the flour go around with the cornstarch and the baking powder. Add the grated peel of lemon and the juice and mix again.
Preheat the oven.
In a mold cake (about 26 to 28 cm) line bottom with waxed paper. Greased and flour this waxed paper.And place the mix and go to the oven to medium heat. Cook by 45 minutes and later cool in the pan by 15 minutes.
Drain the pineapple and reserve the juice for moist the cake.
Using a knife,loosen the cake layers (3) from the side of the pans and invert the layers to cool completely.
Pineapple filling: Whipp the double cream firm, add the cream of tartar, and the caster sugar.
When is ready moist first the layer with pineapple's juice, and spread cream over it. Place crushed pineapple over the cream Place other cake layer and moist again with the juice and put the cream and the pineapple.
Finally moist the top and spread the cream by the sides and the top of the cake.
Garnish with pineapple and chocolate.

Tarta de piña o ananàs con crema batida
El Domingo pasado fue el cumpleaños de mi marido y le preparè esta torta que no es difìcil, es fresca y agradable.
La coloco aquì para compartirla con ustedes cuando quieran hacer una torta para alguna celebraciòn.Es absolutamente hecha en casa incluido el bizcocho.
Ingredientes
8 huevos (separadas las claras de las yemas)
6 cucharadas de harina
4 cucharadas de harina de maiz o maicena
300 grs. de azùcar granulada
4 cucharaditas de polvos de hornear
ralladura de limòn
Jugo de 1 limòn
Relleno:
1 o 2 botes de piña o ananàs en pedacitos(si es entera se troza)
1 taza de azùcar impalpable
1 cucharadita de cremor tàrtaro
3/4 Lt. de crema para batir
Mètodo
Batir las claras con una pizca de sal, y hacer un almìbar de pelo para agregar. Hacerlo con el azùcar y un poco de agua.
Cuando estè listo y las claras bien firmes agregar el almìbar a las claras batiendo suavemente. Agregar las yemas a la mezcla en forma suave. Agregar la harina alternando con la harina de maiz o maicena y agregar los polvos de hornear.
Precalentar el horno.
Finalmente agregar el jugo de limòn y la ralladura.
Colocar la mezcla en un molde para cake o tarta (26 o 28 cm.)
Coloque abajo un papel engrasado con un poco de harina y vacìe la mezcla.
Llevar a horno por 45 minutos. Dejar enfriar en el molde por 15 minutos.
Con un cuchillo corte con cuidado en tres partes e invierta en un plato grande las capas pàra que se enfrien.
Relleno de piña y crema
Batir la crema firme, agregar el cremor tàrtaro y luego el azùcar.
Cuando estè lista la crema, humedecer con el jugo de piña el bizcocho y colocar una capa de crema y la piña cortada en pedacitos, luego otra capa, humedecer con el jugo y volver a colocar crema y piña hasta que finalmente cubrir toda la tarta con crema.
Adornar con piña y chocolate.
