I say this is a classic tiramisu because I have made someones in my blog:)
I think all are delicious!!
And this was perfect! More little than others is only for 4 servings!
Ingredients
4 servings
220 mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup greek yogurt
or cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup of sugar
2 yolks
2 white egg
3/4 cup espresso coffe
1 cup grated chocolate
Cocoa powder unsweetened
300 grams savoiardi biscuits or lady fingers
Method
Whisk the egg whites until stiff then set aside.
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until pale then whisk in cream cheese or mascarpone and greek yogurt , a little at a time, until smooth and well combined . Gently fold the whites into cream cheese with a large metal spoon , being careful to mix all well.
Pour the coffe into a shallow dish. Dip each biscuit into the liquid until it is a pale coffe colour, then arrange to cover the base of the shallow glass dish.
Spoon with a layer of cream mixture on top followed by a good sprinkle of cocoa and grated chocolate, the repeat the layers finish with a layer of the cheese and cocoa.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving - you may need to dust with a little more cocoa to look better. Garnish with some strawberries or raspberries (frozen or fresh)

Tiramisu
