I love desserts in jars and have made someones. This is from Tiddy mom and love because is a bread pudding !
Have blueberries but you can use fresh or frozen (I always try you can make the récipes anywhere you live)
Ingredients
450 grams (or 1 pound) of bread
4 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream cheese
3 cups whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon of butter melted
1 1/2 blueberries fresh or frozen
8 jars
greek yogurt to garnish
4 large eggs

Method
Heat oven at 180° (350 F°)
grease 8 jars.
Cut the bread into 1 1/2 inch cubes place in a large bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the sugar and cheese.
Add the milk, vanilla,lemon zest and lemon juice and beat until evenly combined. Stir in the melted butter.
Pour the milk and egg mixture over the bread cubes and stir until all the pieces of bread are completely soaked. Allow the bread to sit for 20 minutes.
Stir the blueberries into the pudding mixture and inmediately spoon into the jars, filling each only half full. Place the jars on a into the baking sheet.
Bake about 30 to 35 minutes, until the tops of the pudding are evenly browned.
Remove from the oven, and let rest 15 minutes.
Just before serving, pour some greek yougurt and some berries and serve.

Budin de pan con arandanos
Este budín de pan se puede hacer con cualquier tipo de pan lo que pasa es que por ejemplo el pan de molde se deshace más rápido, pero también se puede usar algún pan que haya sobrado.
Siempre les digo si no tienen arándanos pueden usar cualquier tipo de Berry o frutos rojos..(moras, frambuesas, berries surtidos etc.)
Ingredientes
450 gramos de pan (molde, marraqueta u otro blando)
4 huevos grandes
1 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de queso crema
3 tazas de leche
2 cucharadita extracto de vainilla
1 cucharadita ralladura de limón
1 cucharadita jugo de limón
2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
1 1/2 taza ya se de arándanos, frambuesas u otros berries
congelados o frescos
8 frascos de mermelada (tipo grueso)
yogurt griego para adornar
Preparación
Precalentar el horno a 180° c
Enmantequillar 8 frascos de mermelada.
Cortar el pan en trozos pequeños y colocar en un bol grande. Reservar.
En otro bol batir los huevos, mezclar con el queso crema y el azúcar.
Agregar la leche, vainilla, cáscara de limón rallada y jugo de limón.
Mezclar bien y finalmente agregar la mantequilla derretida. Unir bien, se puede batir un poco con batidor de alambre se une mejor.
Vaciar la leche con la mezcla de huevos sobre el pan reservado, mezclar bien hasta que esté completamente sumergido el pan.
Dejar reposar 20 minutos.
Mezclar los berries o arándanos con la mezcla de pan, uniendo bien.
Rellenar los frascos más o menos hasta la mitad.
Colocar sobre una bandeja de horno. Llevar a horno 30 a 35 minutos. Hasta que estén ligeramente dorados .
Retirar del horno y dejar reposar de 15 a 20 minutos .
Se pueden guardar en el refrigerador pero si se van a servir, poner una cucharada de yogurt griego en cada pote y agregar unos berries.
