Yes Biscottis again , (if you don't like you can read other recipe lol)
But Im sure you would like this recipe!
I find in Betty Crocker and love them, the only porblem is:
the following day I discovered my family ate all biscottis! :)
anyway, I have to make again
I love them with my coffe and don't have so much calories:)
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking poder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
300 grams semisweet baking chocolate melted
- METHOD
- Mix sugar,oil,orange peel, vanilla and eggs in large bowl.
- Stir in flour, baking poder,baking soda and salt.
- Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth.
- Shape half of dough at a time into rectangle (20 x 30 cm) ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or untol toothpick inserted in center comes out clean .
- Cool on cookie sheet 15 minutes.
- Cut crosswise into slices.
- Place slices cut sides down on cookie sheet.
- Bake about 15 minutes, turning once until crisp and light Brown.
- Inmediately remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
- Dip one end of each cookie into melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper until chocolate is firm

Biscottis de naranja con chocolate
Tengo que decir que estos biscottis me encantaron. Y no es por el chocolate (los últimos se los comieron sin chocolate) Creo que me encantó la naranja y quedaron perfectos, quizas porque ya he hecho varias veces biscottis y una va viendo lo del horno y todo eso. Los recomiendo de todas maneras además no tienen muchas calorías.
Ingredientes
2/3 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de aceite ya sea de maravilla u otro
1 cucharada de ralladura de cáscara de naranja
1 1/2 cucharadita de vainilla
2 huevos
2 1/2 taza de harina sin polvos
1 cucharadita polvos de hornear
1/4 cucharadita de bicarbonato
1/4 cucharadita de sal
300 gramos de chocolate de cobertura en barra
para los biscottis
