Sticky Gingerbread








 
 
 






Is time again to other SRC recipe and this time my assignement was Our Eating habits and I really enjoyed looking her recipes .
 My list was long but finally I decide make this stick gingerbread because I love ginger and  always wanna make some bread with ginger.
A really nice recipe that I loved so much.
I think too that is a lovely ginger bread for Christmas or any time of the year.
And I love how smell!

Ingredients

120 grams of butter
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
4 tablespoon of molasses or honey
2/3 cup milk
1 egg


Method

 Place butter  brown sugar and molasses (or honey) in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is combined.

Remove from heat and stir in the flour  ginger  and cinnamon.
Stir in beaten egg.

Warm the milk and add baking soda
 Add to the mixture in your saucepan.

Mix all well until you will have a creamy batter.

Preheat oven at 180 °
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan has been lined with parchment paper and greased.

Bake about 45 minutes or until  you try with a wood sticker and is dry.

If you have time leave for  one day to let the flavors melt.

Serve with butter and enjoy!
