I find this lovely and nice dessert especially to all people will be in Spring soon, is nice and easy what more??
I adapted this recipe from
" Las recetas de Lalyta" a really nice spanish blog with beautiful pictures
Ingredients (4 /5 servings)
4 cups berries forest (raspberries and blueberries)
1 plain or greek yogurt (about 180 grs.)
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoon of sugar
Caster sugar to sprinkle
Method
In a bowl place the plain yogurt, vanilla extract, cream and sugar, mix well.
Preheat the oven at 180°c
Distribuite teh berries within the ramekins and cover with the yogurt and cream batter.
Powder the glass sugar over the mix and place the ramekins in a oven tray and powder with the caster sugar.
Dont full too much because they bubble.
Bake about 20 to 25 minutes until the glass sugar look caramel.
Cut the heat and let cool the ramekins to normal temperature (outside of the oven) and later refrigerate until serve.

Retirar y dejar a temperatura ambiente.
