This is my favorites type desserts, simple and nice! a raspberry mousse with some pieces of chocolate over it!
Is make with freeze raspberries and the texture of this mousse is creamy, and is dairy free eggs.
Ingredients (6 servings)
300 grs. of freeze raspberries
3 tablespoons of sugar or splenda
300 grs.cottage cheese
300 grs.of greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoon of lemon juice
chocolate pieces to garnish
Method
In a blender or processor grind the raspberries and sugar.
If you want to sift through to remove seeds. in this case I didn't.
For a thicker yogurt can be left for a while on a sieve to discard the whey.(about 1 hour)
In blender again to place the yogurt, cottage cheese, and grinded raspberries, vanilla and lemon juice until a smooth texture.
Divide between glasses and refrigerate for about two hours. garnish with chocolate and raspberries.

Ingredientes
300 grs. frambuesas frescas o congeladas
Mantener refrigerado.
This is beautiful and it looks and sounds delicious. A touch of summer in mid-winter.
