Originally these cupcakes have a buttercream over them,but when I was making I think chocolate and pistacho would be nice! So I melted chocolate and garnish with pistachos and some little things:)Of course they have pistachos inside too!

Ingredients
120 grs, butter softed
160 grs. caster sugar
2 eggs
250 grs. self raising flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoon of milk
50 grs. chopped pistachios
Garnish
3 squares chocolate melted
30 grs chopped pistachios
some flowers or mint leaves
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°c . Line a 12 hole muffins with cases.
Sift the flour and baking powder together in a large, clean bowl and set aside.
.In a separate large, clean bowl cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. .
Fold in half the sifted flour, then the milk, then the rest of the flour, gently folding well to combine after each addition.
.Gently fold in the pistachios.
Spoon the cupcake mixture into the cupcake cases and bake for 18-20 mins or until a cocktail stick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and place on wire racks to cool completely.
Melted the chocolate in a little pan over water (to bain marie)
and with this bain the cupcakes, add some chopped pistachios and garnish how you like.

Cupcakes con chocolate y pistachios
Estos cupcakes originalmente llevaban un frosting de mantequilla y azúcar pero lo cambié por un baño de chocolate y pistachos.
Y me gustó como quedó porque el pistachio queda muy bueno con el chocolate.
En todo caso si les gustan los frostings pueden cambiar la receta
Ingredientes
120 grs. de mantequilla suavizada
160 grs. de azúcar glass
2 huevos
250 grs. harina con polos de hornear
1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear
2 cucharadas de leche
50 grs. de pistachios picados fino
Para el baño de chocolate
3 cuadrados de chocolate (semi dulce) derretido
a baño maría
30 grs. de pistachios picados
algunas flores o mentas para adornar
Método
Precalentar el horno a 180 ° c, Preparar un molde para muffins
con cápsulas de papel.
Mezclar la harina con los polvos de hornear.
Aparte en otro bol colocar la mantequilla
