Because we are in summer (still) we had apricots, pears and peaches, this is the only thing I made with peaches.
I think in a peaches Ice cream with greek yogurt and was delicious...
Ingredients
5 or 6 peaches peel and cut
in pieces
2 greek yogurt (about 370 grs.)
1/2 cup of sugar or splenda
1 cup of heavy cream
Method
Drop the peaches into a blender, then add the sugar, greek yogurt and heavy cream . Blend until the mixture is very smooth.
.
Pour the mixture into large dish and freeze as for ice cream.
Or if you have Ice maker follow the directions.
Set aside by 1 hour , take out of the freeze and place again the blender, place a gain in the metal dish. Place other hour more beat again and let by 1 or 2 hours freeze.
After this you can serve. not always I beat but I made this time and was so creamy and delicious.

Im sharing with
The use of Greek yogurt looks like it would be so delicious and creamy!
