This yummy Ice cream is an original recipe from a nice friend Claudia Varleta who has a nice blog called Dulcinea
and she made this Ice cream in her blog with strawberries and I made with raspberries, a really nice recipe!
Ingredients (5 to 6 servings)
500 grs. raspberries fresh or freeze
450 grs. greek yogurt
1 Sweetened Condensed Milk
Tip: If you can't use condensed milk, use 280 cc of heavy cream and use 1/2 cup of Splenda
METHOD
In a blender or other machine process the raspberries, when are ready add the condensed milk.
Process again until are like a cream.
Then go to a bowl and add the greek yogurt and stirring well until all be mixed.
Put the mixture in the freeze until the ice take consistency, then process until mixture is creamy.
Repeat this a few times.
If you have a Ice cream machine you will put the cream when is ready in the machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions
After serving keep the Ice cream in the freezer

Now, that looks like something I'd really love!
