When I saw these little chocolate mints I always wanted make, I really fall in love cause I adore candy canes, but always happens, in these Christmas time you want make a lot of thngs but the tim go so fast, anyway I can make today, and were awesome, like a brownie, moist and have mint patties in pieces, I think you really would enjoy:)

Ingredients
a recipe of basic brownie batter(above)
200 grs. Peppermint patties chopped(I used Oreos)
3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips or dak chocolate(melted)
3 or 4 candy canes crushed
Brownie batter
6 tablespoons of butter
200 grs. dark chocolate chopped
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup all purpose flour
3 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
Method
In a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water,melt butter.
Add chocolate and stir until melted.Remove bowl from heat
and set aside.In a large bowl lightly beat together sugars, eggs,
vanilla, and salt until combined. Stir in reserve chocolate mixture. Add flour and cocoa and stir until just combined.
Preheat oven at 180°c
Combine the basic brownie batter and Peppermint patties
Pour into a a buttered and floured 12 cup muffins pan.
Bake until a skewer inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbes.
Bake about 25 to 28 minutes . Let cool for 30 minutes.
Remove from pan ice top with melted chocolate and sprinkle candy canes.

Brownies de chocolate y menta
Cuando vi esta receta me enamoré(ja) absolutamente, generalmente (y ya lo he comentado) tengo que enamorarme de una receta para hacerla porque o sino no es lo mismo, esta la había visto hace un tiempo en la revista Country living pero se me ha pasado volando el tiempo. La cosa es que dije hoy la hago no más y asi fue hice todo y tomé las fotos en la tarde.
Es una receta no muy larga pero además creanme quedan deliciosos es una especie de brownie de chocolate con menta. Y lo que más me gusta son los bastones dulces picados que lleva encima, lo sé soy una niña quizas siempre lo seré, les deseo una muy Feliz navidad a todos:)
Ingredientes
Una receta básica de brownie(más abajo)
200 grs. de chocolate con menta (You usé Oreo)
3/4 taza chocolate en trozos o chips de chocolate
3 o 4 bastones dulces (rojo y blanco o verde) en trozos
Receta de Brownie
6 cucharadas de mantequilla
200 grs. de chocolate duro en trozos
3/4 taza de azúcar granulada
1/2 taza de azúcar rubia
3 huevos
1 1/2 cucharadita de vainilla
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1 taza de harina sin polvos de hornear
2 cucharadas de cocoa en polvo sin azúcar
Preparación
En un bol calentar la mantequilla a baño maría sobre un sartén con agua,cuando esté derretida, agregar el chocolate y revolver suavemente hasta que se una.
Retirar del fuego y reservar.
En otro bol mezclar los huevos, los dos tipos de azúcar,la vainilla y sal, mezclar bien.
Mezclar con el chocolate derretido.Agregar la harina y la cocoa hasta mezclar bien.
Precalentar el horno a 180°c
Mezclar la masa de brownies ya preparada con las mentas con chocolate partidas en trozos. Mezclar bien.
Rellenar las capsulas de muffins o los molde de muffins y llevar a horno de 20 a 25 minutos.
Con un palito mondadientes porbar si estan listos, debe salir un poco húmedo (así es el brownies)
Dejar enfriar unos 30 minutos.
Cubrir con chocolate derretido y adornar con los bastones de dulce molidos.
