Love apple tarts and especially thin and light dough and this is the case. I addition takes a little apricot jam which makes it delicious.Try this!
Delightful with a cup of tea!
Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour(140 g)
1 cup whole wheat flour (140g)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of sugar160 grs. butter in cubes
1 yolk egg3 tablespoon of ice water
Filling
600 grs apples in slices
1 lemon the juice
1 cup of apricot jam
2 tablespoon of sugar to sprinkle
Method
For dough. In a bowl mix the flour, salt and sugar, mix well.
Add the butter until coarse crumbs form.
In another bowl mix the yolk with ice water and add to the dough.
Knea well making a dough ball.
If necessary add more flour.
Place in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
Prepare the filling.
Peel the apples and remove the centers cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Set-aside.
Spread the dough with a rolling pin and line a pie plate about 24 cm. sides of pan, leaving a little thicker.
Brush the base of the dough with apricot jam and distribute apples.
Sprinkle with sugar and brush the surface with the jam again.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° c for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and golden.
Remove from oven and brush with remaining marmalade.

Me encantan las tartas de manzanas especialmente las que tienen la masa crujiente y delgada.
Además esta lleva un poco de mermelada de damasco.
Especial para una taza de té.
Ingredientes
1 taza de harina sin polvos (140 g.)
1 taza de harina integral (140 g)
1/4 cucharadita de sal
2 cucharadas de azúcar
160 grs. de mantequilla helada en cubos
1 yema de huevo
3 cucharadas de agua helada
Relleno
600 grs. de manzanas peladas y cortadas
1 limón su jugo
1 taza de mermelada de damasco
2 cucharadas de azúcar para espolvorear
Preparación
En un bol mezclar las harinas, la sal y el azúcar.
Añadir la mantequilla en trozos, hasta formar una migas gruesas.
En un bol colocar la yema y el agua helada, batir hasta integrar e incorporar a la mezcla de harina
Formar una bola con la masa, si es necesraio agregar un poco de agua o harina según esté la masa.
Sobre una superficie lisa enharinada colocar la masa y amasar unos segundos hasta que la mezcla esté homogénea.
Envolver en papel plástico y refrigerar 1 hora.
Preparar el relleno
Pelar las manzanas cortar en láminas delgadas y rociar con el jugo de limón.
Uslerear la masa y forrar un molde para tarta de 24 cm. dejando los costados del molde un poco más gruesos.
Pincelar la base de la masa con la mermelada de damasco y distribuir encima las manzanas. Espolvorear con azúcar y pincelar la superficie nuevamente con mermelada.
Cocinar en un horno precalentado a 180°c por 30 a 35 minutos o hasta que las manzanas estén ligeramente tiernas y doradas.
Retirar del horno y volver a pintar con el resto de la mermelada. Dejar entibiar antes de servir.
