Blackberry & Raspberry Ice Cream Yogurt

Maybe you guys are thinking; what's ??? other berry recipe??? and you have reason, uupps!! I did it again!!! But Im really in love of berries, to this time I mix the blackberries and raspberries and I find a recipe with only yogurt!! don't have cream! So we can say is very healthy.
Yo know in the North H. is begin to finish summer but here (under) is going to be Spring is this world that we live.!

So all we can eat a lovely Ice Cream. I asked today my childs and others (visits) Who want eat Ice cream??? (ssshh and dont tell your Mom I give you Ice cream in a very cold day!) And all say Yes!!! is winter yet but I discover the childs and others love Ice Cream every time. Enjoy!

Ingredients

(6 to 8 servings)

2 cups of blackberries (fresh or freeze)

2 cups of strawberries (fresh or freeze)

2 cups of normal and natural yogurt

3/4 cup of sugar

1 tablespoon of orange's juice

Method

If use freeze berries, desfreeze first at microwaves by 2 to 3 minutes in medium level..

In the processor or blender, grind the raspeberries and strawberries and make a puree.

Mix this berries's puree with the yogurt and sugar, mix well and add the tablespoon of orange's juice, join well.

Empty the mix in a rectangle metalic mold and freeze. Let by two hours and beat when is firm and let again by three hours more.

You may garnish with whipped cream, pieces of chocolate or mint leave.

To make garnish chocolate melted a piece of hard chocolate (70% cacao) to bain Marie. When is melted spread over a plastic or silicona and let chill at the fridge, now take out and with a knife cut pieces of chocolate.

Ingredientes (6 a 8 porciones)
