wrapped asparagus in puff pastry with ricotta sauce

I love asparagus, but normally I eat them boiled or in pizzas or little tarts, so this was the first time I made roasted asparagus  and I loved!!
Is easy and fast!

source: book  Simple food by Parragon Ltd.

Ingredients
(4 servings)

20 asparagus spears
2 sheets of puff pastry
Oil for seasoning
lemon wedges
salt
sesame seeds

ricotta cream

100 grams of ricotta
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
salt and pepper

Method

To prepare the sauce,  put ricota  in a bowl and add the heavy cream, stir and    incorporate finely chopped chives, salt, pepper, place in a sauce boat and leave in the refrigerator until serving .

Preheat oven to 190 °
Lay the asparagus spears out in a single layer in a baking dish Drizzle oil over the spears,  add salt and pepper and roll the asparagus back and forth until they are all covered with a thin layer of  oil.

Cut the dough into quarters and arrange pastry dough  on the counter paint with a little water and roll the asparagus. and go placing on a cookie sheet.
Repeat with all the asparagus.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the oven about 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
