Microwave lemon pie










After a lot of try and tests, I used my cel to taked some pictures (sigh!) anyway some of the pictures are better than other maybe when I push something (lol) and other not, anyway I taked a lot of pictures delete other post and finally here is my Microwave Lemon Pie..... Please be patience with me by the pictures (lol)

Anyway a lot of  times I dont made this microwave lemon pie that  I learned in a Cook class about 10 years ago, yes I remember the kids were so little an they have now 17 years:)
anyway this pie is delicious, amazing and fast Im sure you will love .....

Ingredients


200 grs. grated cookies (vanilla or crakers)
3 tablespoon of melted butter

1 tin sweetened condensed milk( to a recipe not sugar condensed milk see here)
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 yolk eggs

3 whites
pinch of salt
6 tablespoon  of sugar or splenda
grated lemon peel to garnish

Method


Grind cookies or biscuits in processor, melt the butter and incorporate it into cookies, put   pressing the cookie dough in the bottom of a  microwaveable plate.
 Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes on high power.Set aside.

 Lemon Cream

Mix condensed milk (or the  prepared without sugar). Adding lemon juice , stir well, add the yolks, mixing well
Take the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Remove and drain on lemon pie crust is cooked. Put  for two minutes with the cream in the microwave on high power.

meringue
With mixer beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt on medium speed / high when they are firm add sugar or splenda.
Cover with meringue this foot with the cream and bring to the microwave for 4 to 5 minutes on medium.
When removing the  garnish with lemon zest and  refrigerate for at least two hours.

Pie de limón en microondas













No los seguiré aburriendo con lo de mi cámara, vivo haciendo pruebas con mi pobre celular (que en todo caso es bien bueno) la cosa es que algunas fotos salen mejores que otras.
Paciencia por un tiempo hasta que me pueda comprar otra.
Este pie de limón en microondas hace mucho que no lo hacía y no lo había puesto en el blog
Es fácil, rico y rápido.

Ingredientes

200 grs. de galletas molidas (de vino o de vainilla)
3 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida

Relleno
1 tarro de leche condensada o una receta que encontré
para hacer la leche condensada con splenda ver aquí
1/2 taza de jugo de limón
3 yemas de huevo

merengue

3 claras de huevo
1 pizca de sal
6 cucharadas de azúcar o splenda

Preparación

Moler las galletas en un procesador o en la 1,2,3 cuando esten molidas poner en un bol y agregar la mantequilla derretida (la derrito en el microondas por unos 50 seg.)
Mezclar bien las galletas con la mantequilla.
Distribuir en un molde para tarta apto de microondas (vidrio, cerámica, greda) cubrir el fondo y los lados.

Llevar a microondas y cocer en potencia alta por dos minutos.
Reservar.

En otro bol mezclar la leche condensada con el jugo de limóm y las yemas mezclar bien, llevar al refrigerador por 30 minutos.

Si se hace la otra receta con splenda se procede igual.
Despues vaciar la mezcla sobre la masa del pie ya preparada . Llevar a microondas por 2 minutos potencia alta.

Batir las claras con una pizca de sal hasta que se tenga un merengue firme. agregar de a poco el azúcar o splenda.
Cuanod esté listo elmerengue repartir suavemente  sobre la crema de limón
Llevar a microondas por 4 a 5 minutos en potencia media, dejar repoar un poco y retirar.
Decorar con ralladura de limón.
Llevar a refrigerador por los menos unas dos horas.

  8. Aren't you glad your cell takes photos? At least you have that. And I think they will be fine until you can get a new camera. The pie is lovely, it's making my mouth water..and that is all that matters! haha.

  10. Hola Glory!!!! Oye!... nunca me hubiese imaginado hacer el pie de limón en el microoondas... que práctico y rápido. Buen dato!! La receta es casi igual a que yo hago. Y no te preocupes por las fotos están bien...lo que pasa es que tenemos la vara muy alta porque hay blogs que tienen fotos mejores que revista gourmet pero lo importante es que la receta resulte y sea buena. A mí también me dá cargo de conciencia no preocuparme mas de la producción de la foto pero si fuese así ya no publicaría por el hüeveo que significaría, de hecho podría publicar todos los días porque a diario tengo que hacer almuerzo, cena etc. y nunca saco fotos porque me da lata. Dale con tu super teléfono no más, además escribes en inglés y español y eso sí es super especial y trabajoso.

  12. Justo lo que estaba necesitando, una receta fácil y posible de hacer al micro ondas. Esta está perfecta. Pasa que mi horno er enooorme y me da lata prenderlo para hacer una sola cosa.
    Y solo tengo una receta de browni al micro ondas, necesitaba variar. No es que haga mucho dulce, pero a veces es inevitable.
