Clafoutis aux courgettes (zucchini clafoutis)









Really I think zucchinis are always amazing and versatile, this nice recipe come from France , from Cuisine AZ.com

Really this recipe surprise me! and only have 120 calories per serving! LOL






Ingredients (6 servings)

5 zucchinis
60 ml heavy cream
40 ml milk
6 eggs
6 teaspoon cornstarch
2 leaves of basil
salt and pepper

Method

Preheat the oven  to 180°c
Wash zucchini. Cut into thin slices and cook for ten minutes in a pan wiped with oil.
Chop finely the basil.
Butter six  porcelain ramekins.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the cornstarch .
Add the milk and cream and mix well.
Add salt, pepper and chopped basil to the batter.
 Distribute slices of zucchini vertically in buttered ramekinsEmpty the batter in the ramekins.
Bake for 40 minutes or util are golden.
Remove the ramekins from the oven and serve immediately.

Clafoutis de zapallitos italianos
(calabacines)
Siempre he pensado que los zapallitos italianos (así les decimos acá) son versátiles y deliciosos, me impresiona la cantidad de formas en que se pueden preparar.
Y lo bueno que ahora practcamente se encuentran todo el año.
Esta receta viene de Francia de un sitio que me encanta se llama  CuisineAZ.com

Deliciosa y además solo 120 calorias por porción
Ingredientes ( 6 porciones)

5 zapallitos
60 ml crema espesa
40 ml de leche
6 huevos
6 cucharaditas de maicena
2 hojas de albahaca
sal y pimienta


Preparación

Precalentar el horno a 180°c
Lavar los zapallitos y cortarlos en rodajas finas.
Cocinar las rodajas en un sarten con unas gotas de aceite (sartén de teflon)
Cocinar unos 10 minutos fuego mediano.Dando siempre vueltas con una espátula.
Picar la albahaca fina.
Enmantequillar los potes de cerámica.
En un bol batir los huevos con la maizena hasta incorporar bien.
Agregar la lecha y la crema y mezclar bien.
Agregar sal, pimienta y la albahaca picada.
Distribuir las rodajas de zapallitos en forma vertical en los potes de cerámica.
Vaciar la mezcla en los potes sobre los zapallitos.
Llevar a horno por 40 minutos o hasta que estén dorados y la mezcla se vea firme.
Retirar los potes de cerámica del horno y servir inmediatamente.
