Anyway I love baking more than anything ...
This delicious apples and berries Gallette y adapted from Sara Lewis Ed. Blume
Ingredients
300 grs. all purpose flour
100 grs. icing sugar
125 grs. unsalted butter
cut in pieces
2 eggs
milk to glass
sugar for garnish
Filling
2 green apples
peel and in slices
175 grs. feeeze berries (strawberries,raspberry, blueberry etc.)
60 grs. icing sugar
3 teaspoon of cornstarch
Method
Place the flour on a floured surface, add the icing sugar and butter in pieces.
make a hole in the center where
On other bowl place sliced apples mixed with frozen berries sugar and cornstarch. to make the filling.
Place the dough on a buttered pie pan smearing a little left to hang over the sides to bend.
Brush with a little milk and sprinkle the dough with sugar .
make a hole in the center where
place the eggs.
Mix eggs with flour and butter, mix with fingers until dough form a ball.
Knead a little and then place at fridge for about 15 minutes.
On other bowl place sliced apples mixed with frozen berries sugar and cornstarch. to make the filling.
Roll out the dough with a little flour. make a circle about 33 cm. diameter
Place the dough on a buttered pie pan smearing a little left to hang over the sides to bend.
Put the fruit mixture into the dough and fold the edges.
Preheat oven to 190 ° c. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden and fruit is tender.Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Galette de manzanas y berries
Esta tarta rústica de manzanas y berries está adaptada de un libro de Sara Lewis de Editorial Blume.
Ingredientes
300 grs. de harina sin polvos de hornear
100 grs. azucar glass
125 grs. de mantequilla sin sal
cortada en dados
2 huevos
leche para glasear
azúcar de grano fino
Para el relleno
2 manzanas verdes, peladas y cortadas en rodajas
175 grs de frutos rojos (moras,frambuesas, arándanos(congelados)
50 grs. de azúcar lustre
3 cucharaditas de maicena
Preparación
Colocar sobre una mesa la harina, añadir el azúcar glass y la mantequilla, poner en el centro los huevos y unir bien con los dedos formando una masa, amasar un poco y dejar en el refrigerador por unos 15 minutos.
En un bol mezclar los frutos rojos con las manzanas, agregar el azucar lustre y la maicena revolver y reservar.
Estirar la masa sobre una superficie espolvoreada con harina formar un círculo de unos 33 cm de diámetro.
Colocar con cuidado la masa sobre un molde de tarta enmantequillado
rellenar con la fruta ya preparada y despues levantar los bordes sobre y alrededor de la fruta.
Pintar la masa con leche y espolvorear con azúcar.
Cocer en horno precalentado a 190° c de 20 a 25 minutos o hasta que la masa se vea dorada y la fruta esté blanda.
Servir con helado o crema batida..
