Palta Reina (Queen avocado stuffed with tuna)

I think this is other amazing and nice recipe of our country. We love alot avocado (palta), in all forms a like salads, entrees or with  toasted bread (mashed aguacate with bread) or hot dogs with mashed aguacate, or with seafood, and these are some I can remember.
Anyay you know the the beneficial effects  of the aguacate and is delicious taste.

Prepare a paste with chopped onion, tuna and mixed with mayonnaise.Add some lemon juice.
Fill the avocado with this mixture and cover with mayonnaise, and decorate with  slices of  red pepper or basil leaves or  sliced black olives.

Place each  stuffed avocado on lettuce leaves.

Note:

A friend of mine told me about the name of this dish:

usually said, "queen avocado" that is  avocado stuffed with ground chicken and mayonnaise, and "York avocado"  stuffed with tuna avocado, and "Cardenal avocado" when is fill with prawns,  this dish was created at a restaurant in Chile around 1920 and adopted in our country in different ways besides is now filled with salmon or with corn but all versions stem from the first recipe ..
