I know, I know maybe is early for the North think in Ice Cream, but think the Spring is near to save this delicious watermelon Ice Cream, is easy and delicious!!!
The recipe
Ingredients
800 seedless cc.water melon
4 eggs
yolks and whites separated
3/4 cup of sugar or 1/2 cup of Splenda
300 cc. of double cream
Method
1. Grind the water melon in the processor or blender until you have a puree.
2.In a bowl put the yolks and sugar, beat well until the mix is bubble. Add the double cream and the watermelon puree, mix well.
3.In other bowl whipp the whites until are firm, add slowly the watermelon mix and empty in a large metallic dish. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze by 4 hours.Take out the freezer and beat slowly and freeze again and keep at fridge by two hours more.
If you have an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions .
Serve with some pieces of watermelon and garnish with mint leaves.

Ya sé muchos dirán que aún no es tiempo para helados. Pero ya vendrá.La Primavera está cerca.
Guarden esta receta de Helado de sandía. Es muy buena y fácil.
Creo que les gustará. Y el color es precioso, pienso yo.
Ingredientes
800 cc. de sandía pelada y picada
sin semillas.
4 huevos yemas y claras por separado
3/4 taza de azúcar o 1/2 taza de sustituto azúcar (splenda u otra)
300 cc. de crema o nata espesa
Preparación
1. En la procesadora colocar la sandía y procesar hasta obtener un puré y reservar.
2.En un bol colocar las yemas y el azúcar, batir hasta que la mezcla esté pálida y espumosa. Agregar revolviendo la crema y el puré de sandía.
3. En otro bol batir las claras hasta que esten firmes, agregar con movimientos envolventes al bol con la mezcla de sandía reservada y verter la mezcla a un molde metálico.
Dejarlo en el congelador unas 4 horas, sacarlo y batir suave. Volver a congelar otras dos horas.
Servir con trozos de sandía y unas hojas de menta.

Gato, respecto a la Dolce Vita ya sabes que es relativo, pero el lugar aquí es muy lindo con casas muy antiguas y muy pocos edificios gracias a Dios lo que hace que la playa y el lugar sean muy lindos, el día que saqué las fotos hacía mucho calor y el día estaba muy lindo.
