Days ago I saw this salmon recipe on the blog of my friend Rosario, Recetas para todas, Rosario is a teacher cook and live in Viña del Mar near the beach. She has wonderful recipes and I enjoyed this salmon recipe , really delicious!
Ingredients (4 to 5 servings)
Creamy salmon
600 g salmon fillets
4 tablespoons of heavy cream
1 tablespoon mustard
salt
1 teaspoon honey
Crumble
2 tablespoon of soft butter
40 g grated cheese
50 g panko or breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon toast sesame
In a baking dish place the salmon fillets, (if you like put a few drops of lemon) and to make cream mix heavy cream with the mustard, salt and honey and with this mix cover the fish fillets
Besides to make the crumble, make a kind of blasting in a bowl with the butter, panko, sesame seeds and grated cheese and put this over the salmon.
Preheat the oven to 180° c and bake about 15 to 20 minutes or when the salmon cover looks crisp and golden.
Serve with green salads or mashed potatos.

Ingredientes (4 a 5 porciones)
Filetes de Salmon fresco o congelado
4 cucharadas de crema espesa
1 cucharada de mostaza
sal
1 cucharadita de miel
Para el crocante
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
40 gramos queso rallado
